Fmr. Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta confirms testimony that he gave to the 9/11 Commission, which was omitted from the report– that Dick Cheney was in a bunker giving a stand-down order prior to the attack on the Pentagon. He also reveals that Lynn Cheney was in the PEOC bunker, and that he suspected the Shanksville plane was shot down.
